OptiTag is the Bluetooth tracker designed for Android users, fully compatible with Google’s “Find My Device” app (Find Hub). It’s easy to set up and even easier to use. Attach it to your keys, backpack, bag, or other personal items, and find them in seconds thanks to the built-in speaker and map-based location tracking.

How does OptiTag work?

OptiTag connects to your Android smartphone via Bluetooth and sets up in just a few seconds thanks to quick pairing. Simply bring the tag close to your phone to receive a connection notification. Once paired, you can use Google’s “Find My Device” app (Find Hub) to locate the object your tag is attached to. If it’s nearby, you can activate the built-in speaker to make it ring and find it easily. You can also share the item with other people directly from the app, allowing them to view its real-time location too.

Lost Mode

When your item goes out of Bluetooth range and you can’t find it, you can activate Lost Mode from the Google “Find My Device” (Find Hub) app. Once enabled, the system uses the global network of Android devices to detect your OptiTag’s location. As soon as another Android smartphone passes near your tag, you’ll receive a notification with the updated position on the map. This process happens automatically and anonymously, with no action required from the person whose device detects the tag.

OptiTag is designed to integrate seamlessly with the Android ecosystem, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. At the same time, all communications between devices are encrypted and anonymous, protecting both your personal data and the location of your belongings. The included CR2032 battery is easily replaceable and offers up to one year of battery life — for reliable, long-lasting tracking.

  • How much does the delivery cost? The shipping costs 35.00. For orders above the amount of 99.00 the delivery is free.
  • Wich courier do you use? The deliveries are handled by the GLS courier through the trackable delivery system from Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery times? The orders received within 12.00 are entrusted to the courier on the very same day and are usually delivered within 48h. We commit ourselves to evade and deliver in the shortest amount of time.

  • Can I return a product? You can return a product within 14 days from the delivery provided that the products are not worn or damaged and if the pacakging is intact.
  • How can I make a return? You have to initiate the return procedure in the orders section of your restricted area, download the return form and follow the instructions. Any unauthorized return shall not be reimbursed.
  • Which are the return costs? The delivery costs shall be borne by you and you can also choose any courier of your liking. Please use a trackable delivery system.
  • How long will it take for me to be reimbursed? If the return conditions have been respected, the reimbursement shall be issued through the payment method used during the order. The reimbursement shall be carried out within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the package.
  • Can I cancel an order? Our order preparation procedures are very quick as we strive to evade the orders within the day of purchase.
