Returns’ policy

Can I return a product?

you can return a product within 14 days from the delivery provided that the products are not worn or damaged and if the pacakging is intact.

How can I make a return?

You have to initiate the return procedure in the orders section of your restricted area, download the return form and follow the instructions. Any unauthorized return shall not be reimbursed.

Which are the return costs?

The delivery costs shall be borne by you and you can also choose any courier of your liking. Please use a trackable delivery system.

How long will it take for me to be reimbursed?

If the return conditions have been respected, the reimbursement shall be issued through the payment method used during the order. The reimbursement shall be carried out within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the package.

Can I cancel an order?

Our order preparation procedures are very quick as we strive to evade the orders within the day of purchase. As a result, it is not always possible to cancel an order, especially after it is being prepared. Before confirming an order we kindly ask you to check all data. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through the secure PayPal system.
Please note that the billing address for the order must match the billing address saved in the PayPal account.

Warranty and problems

Are the products guaranteed?

The products purchased are covered by the Guarantee of Conformity, regulated by the Consumer Code, up to two years from the date of delivery.

I have a defective product, how should I proceed?
